1. Who does what
You (the customer) decide what personal information goes into Ozmosoft and why. Ozmosoft processes it only to provide the service to you and on your instructions.
2. What we process
Contact details of your customers, suppliers and staff; business records such as invoices, payments and timesheets; and payroll details when you use People and payroll features.
3. How we protect it
Your organisation’s data is kept separate from every other customer’s at the database level. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access by our staff is limited and logged, and backups are encrypted.
4. Subprocessors
We use a small number of service providers to run the platform. They are listed on the Subprocessors page, and we update that page before adding a new one.
5. Breaches
If a data breach affects your information, we tell you without undue delay and help you meet your own notification duties, including under the Australian Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
6. Your data at the end
You can export all your data at any time. After an account is closed, we keep it only for as long as the law requires and then remove it.
