1. Use Ozmosoft for lawful business
You may use Ozmosoft to run a lawful business: sales, purchasing, accounting, projects, people and the rest of the platform.
2. What is not allowed
Breaking the law, or helping someone else to, including fraud, money laundering, tax evasion or sanctions breaches.
Sending spam or messages people did not ask for through the platform’s email, SMS or document sending.
Uploading malware, or content that is illegal, infringes someone’s rights, or is abusive.
Trying to get into another customer’s data, testing our security without written permission, or overloading the service.
Reselling or sharing accounts in a way your plan does not allow.
3. What we do if the rules are broken
We may pause the part of the service being misused, and tell you why. For serious or repeated misuse we may close the account after notice, and you can still export your data first unless the law stops us.
